At service centre now. The staff mentioned is an instruction from mgmt now to provide 1 to 1 exchange, but only in SC.

Will get it today. Still not very sure what is host phone actually. Was told the phone is ina sealed box just like in dealer but they won’t give u the box, just the phone

Gotten my replacement phone. Still LG screen.

According to the SC, there will be 2 technical term they will use for replacement
Host = new phone given without box
Transceiver (if I'm not wrong) = wholeset with box

They said confirm is not refurbish. Well I can only take their words for now

I was told that Pav is the most crowed SC. If you go to some other SC, you may be lucky to get a shorter queue. I went to Plaza Berjaya SC yesterday and manage to get on the spot with the last unit of Twilight

Same thing my SC told me. But they showed me the box as is same as retail. I should have gotten them to unseal in front of me to confirm.

Or can check if the imei no is registered with another owner?

Yes, a new phone with different imei. Honestly I don't see the problem with it. SC will give u a service report indicate the old phone with old imei no ha been replaced with the new phone with new imei no. Just keep the report will do
