1 to 1 change on the spot or need to leave the phone there for some time?

Anyone tried the Backup apps on your huawei phone and perform a restore directy? Will it restore everything 100% up to all the settings + wallpaper + apps with data?

Thinking backup direct to my 1TB external hdd right before sending it SC for the 1-to-1 and restore it straight from the HDD on the new replacement m20P... Boleh jalan?

The SC in JB said need to wait at least 4 days for them to  check and report to HQ. So troublesome and inconvenient. Sigh....

I am one of the few who has preordered the Huawei mate 20 pro phone at pavi event and paid in full.

So what do u think is there any justice paying so much for a refurbished phone?

Yes I'm first batch and I never replace or exchange but still get refurbished. When get Phone everything was sealed nicely all nice new but looks can be lies

That's why I'm very disappointed. We paid 3599 waited 9 hours just to collect phone because of bad management in the event but still giving us a refurbished phone

Don't get me wrong this phone is great but why lie to ur customer especially one who is new and had hope in ur product. This is my first huawei phone and I was gona stay loyal to this brand.

Glue gate issue is one issue and now getting a refurbished phone with glue gate that's now very messed up

WILL never buy Huawei product ever again. Mate 20 and Pro is an overpriced pile of horse dung.

LCD glue becomes undone days out of the box.
Huawei also opted to use proprietary memory cars so users can't reuse existing SD cards.

It's ingrained in China company culture to cut corners. Huawei has habit of swapping out whatever component with whatever stock they have lying around in the factory.

They've also cheated on benchmarks so the phone is much slower that portrayed.

Why do pictures taken by WhatsApp camera is blur? Is it cause the WhatsApp crop or compress the size? My previous phones no issue though.

If the green tint not really bad affected, then it is considered normal and won't realise during daily usage.

The moral is that don't use phone at night especially before sleep. Then the green tint won't have any issue to you.

No choice. Im happy as long as they can fix the gluegate issue. Meanwhile my iPhone x might explode anytime so I'm not sure I should be happy or not.
