Hi All,
House defects due to land sinking, what can I do? During warranty period developer drag saying that need to let the land settle down then only do. But until now 5 years later no more warranty and they didn't do anything. So far my water pipe burst and I have to repair which cost me few thousands. And there are visible cracks at the back of my house. Is there anything I can do? Sue the developer etc? Thank you for any advices forthcoming.

Might be a bit late now, but do you keep all the complaints to the developer during the DLP period?
And before the warranty ends, did you consult with your lawyer on this?

I do keep some documents, specially emails to the developer. Single storey terrance, yes, I've done some reno but that is inside the house and nothing fancy, (kitchen mostly). All the houses are effected as this is land sinking.
I assume the only thing I can do is sue the developer for damages?
