i think digis plan is ok la, and with digishield if its good, it makes it an even more attractive proposition.
realistically, the people who buy phones from apple will go for the Galaxy S9, or the latest note or the pixel. not some sub 1k phones.
All those phones are not 1/5th the price and are at least half the price or more. so i dont think you are comparing apples to apples.
lets not even talk about what happens to android phones after the 3rd OS update and its aftermarket value which drops like a brick.
end of the day its to each his own i guess, i love the iphones because of its security, stability and long lastingness. they are like rolls royces compared to other phones.
