For those getting HK set, may I know how is the warranty work? Like T&L is HK seller and warranty is by seller, need to send the phone back to HK? Any risk of lost in transit? Or T&L got service centre at malaysia?

But T&L not local co right? It is HK seller, so how to send back to T&L? Need to send to HK too? I’m in dilemma whether to get the dual sim model..

Ok, good to know that, wonder there is any 11.11 sales like 10.10 sales that I missed when I oversea

So, generally it will send to Apple HK for warranty.. but, wonder how long is their SLA for warranty..

But, I read T&L qna changed the clause said even after Apple malaysia launch, the warranty still go back to them.. not apple malaysia..

Earlier their response is once malaysia launch, we can send to Apple malaysia, but recently, they said warranty still under them

By the way, how to grab the RM400 voucher from qoo10? Is it fcfs? Or it give to those acc randomly.. Coz I rmb I check on 10.10, don have the RM400’voucher.

I check 64gb Xs max price is now up by RM100, RM5399 as compared to this morning price at RM5299

I was surprise to c the discount above RM30, as Shopee code discount cap always not high.. hope they fulfilled order, I think Shopee can’t do anything as the seller is individual seller, seller get full payment from Shopee since the code is by Shopee not by the seller.. unless Shopee force the seller to cancel

For T&L, what courier service they use? I wonder whether to send to office as I scare the despatch just drop to mail room instead of hand to me. n still in dilemma, ytd I grab the voucher but didn’t use, is it can’t grab again d?

Also, qoo10 can use BigPay to pay?

I try google b4, but can’t find too, guess they didn’t disclose it anywhere unless u really need to claim warranty then only they will let u know who to look for? Or any buyer has experience with the warranty process should know where is their kl office (it is just their partner/ middleman to handle shipment back to them I guess)
