Network reset would fix most of this issue, though might be some network profile topics here. But if still having bad performance then better RMA it. I compared mine versus brother's 8+ on Digi network, the XS Max is faster on LTE. Wi-Fi more or less similar.

why would network reset fix an antenna design issue...

You are both right and wrong. Apple did state there is no international warranty for IPhones on their warranty clause and being so I am just stating what is being written on the clause. This has been a never ending debate since the IPhone 4 threads and the same question regarding warranty will be asked again and again during launch of new IPhones.

hmm.. so for what they state here is not true?

Different warranty conditions are set for the Iphone, Ipad, Apple Tv and Ipod.

Apple's (1) Year Limited warranty

I think TS should pin this up as we are having the same repetitive question of whether Iphones have international warranty. I have posted this up many times on the thread before.

that's the US version, this is APAC
https://www.apple.com/legal/warranty/produc...ac-english.html

in there it stated:
Where international service is available, Apple may repair or replace Apple Products and parts with comparable Apple Products and parts that comply with local standards.

so what does this means? hmm.gif
i thought this means it is covered as long as there's apple service centers.
just my intepretation
