So I drop by enrolling it accordingly.

Got mine XS MAX 512GB at Machine Mid Valley whereas has been updated to IOS 12.1 beta 5.
Maxis esim also activated and can be use onward.

Due to too many ppl pm me how to get the maxis esim.
And maixs not allow him to get esim .
Maxis told him currently the esim not support iphone xs yet .

Please do not share my info to Maxis site , otherwise more ppl won't get the esim after maxis knew it.

So , If you are using other telco line , then want to subscribe a new line (esim) for your Iphone xs USE,
MAXIS 100% rejects you .

Maxis esim is a share line which tight up with maxis one plan 98, 128, 158 & 188 only .

Tips to get maxis esim :



Existing maxis user :

if your plan already had share line, just asking them convert this share line to become esim ,
due to the reason your wife / girl friend presented you a gift ( Huawei watch 2 ) ,
Tell the customer service you already checked via official site , only maxis esim support & compatible with.
If they asking you show the watch to prove with, they will need to take esim number locked with your huawei 2 watch ,
Just telling them the watch left at home enough ,
You just come to ask for advise and request convert currently share line to become esim line .
In this case , only they will proceed it to you.


If you do not have any share line , also can subscribe a share line ( Rm48 per line)
and using the same reason due to somebody present you huawei WATCH 2.
You need this share line convert it to esim.


After all, please uodated your phone IOS from 12.0.1 to 12.1 (beta 5) , do not use beta 1 ( signal weak) , beta 5 is more stable and compatible with esim.
Now only you using your iphone xs / xs max ---> add data plan -----> scan the maxis esim QR code ----> setting your data plan labels .


P/S: Don't pandai pandai go straight away saying want esim for Iphone xs use , you will get reject then.
Or else they will just say the esim currently is not support for iphone xs yet this kind of excuse to you.

12.1 BETA 5 ,
Everything working fine.

Yes, Maxis allow me to have esim with my main number .

Both are differences number .

Main : 012-37xxxxxx ,

share line (esim) : 012-75xxxxxx

Third share line ( physical) : 017-xxxxxxxx

Main line can't remove from your phone , but you can turn of its data or voice , sms .

Only share line (esim) can be remover .


Planning to convert my third physical sim to esim soon due to found out XS still have space for me to add on additional esim.

How you subscribe esim from Maxis ?



YEAH, I'm using esim with my Iphone xs max on IOS 12.1 beta 5.

From your Iphone xs/ xs max ------> Mobile data ------------> Add data plan --------> scan esim QR code ( must focus zoom it accurately ),
otherwise will appear unable to complete data plan change.

Once scan complete -------------> Add data plan from maxis -------->Data Plan Labels ( Label for new maxis plan) --------> Due to IOS 12.1 beta 5 is not the Official completely firmware ( you need to manual key in your esim mobile number) Example : +60 12 345 6789 ----------> done & chosen your esim to be your secondary line or Business line .
