Not even phone call? Thats pretty bad. Maybe you should try swapping the sim cards out and trying with a different sim. Im sure you have network resetted the phone countless of times already by now right?

Nope never reset my network before. Not sure if this affects phone call as well or not but there's one morning when I am trying to make an outgoing call, it doesn't connect at all even though I tried multiple times. I mean there's no dialing tone and the phone showed call failed. Restarted my phone and it is back to normal so I guess it is the same cause too.

chrischiang When this issue happens to you, can you still receive call or make outgoing call?

I had problem of not receiving calls in IOS 11.
Can make out going calls but cannot receive in coming calls.
I took out the SIM card and reseat it. Problem solved.

Try reseat your SIM card.

Then what are you waiting for? Go click that reset network button.

All the saved WiFi network will be gone as well right? So reluctant to do that

EDIT: Saved WiFi network shouldn't be a concern since it is synchronized among other Apple device. Will try resetting it and continue to monitor

Try reset network settings
Or try use another simcard from a different telco
If problem still persists than high probability is hardware problem

Just reset my network setting and will monitor it again. If problem persists then I will try to put my sim card into my sister's XS Max and test it out since she hasn't started using it

u guys use what software to transfer all datas from the old iphone to new one ya?itunes is very slow to backup the old iphone...would like to seek an alternative...thanks guys

Very simple, plug in the cable and do backup to itunes in your PC laptop, then new phone just restore from your pc/laptop.

just backup using icloud and restore using icloud also.. much faster

If backup without video / photos for 5GB should be alright

Photo videos everything on icloud ma, the moment i set up all photos download itself.

well..maybe i will try again in another computer...yesterday night tried backing up but it is super long..until we want to sleep and still not finish..she has too many things in her phone..especially photos...even her 128GB 6Plus not enough space and has to ask to delete things for more space...
