Got the Symmetry. All others Otterbox are too bulky for me.

Btw Move to IOS doesn’t work at all. Both can’t communicate no matter wat solution I find in google. Gave up. Lol

The method I use to see if the phone is too big, is to try and reach the top left of the screen with my thumb (I'm right handed, so do the opposite if you're a left). I notice only the larger iPhones are balanced well enough (for me) to achieve this feat whilst still having a somewhat secure hold on the phone. With the 6S Plus, the phone was a tad slippery so that was a bit risky. Could be mitigated by using a casing or bumper to add some grip to it.

If you were from the 7 Plus, did you have to use the phone with two hands, or could you use it one-handed? If during the time you used your old phone, and you didn't really have a time of "Man, I wished I got the 7 instead", then you should be good with the Max.

The weight as I've quoted below, is really negligible. Physical size is almost exactly, if not exactly the same. Like I said before, I could still use the Max one-handed, albeit a bit harder (especially if driving Don't text and drive folks. Bad bad idea)

Another plus point to the Max, if you're getting black and putting it in casing, people won't notice is the newer phone. Can keep a low profile.

One thing to note if you're used to a bigger phone, using a smaller phone two-handed makes it feel like a toy. A very odd feeling.

What's that Otterbox Symmetry model/ colour name? Rough like sandstone?

XS owners, what case are you using now? I just realized the X and XS camera dimension slightly different, so the tight fitting X cases won't fit on the XS... wah headache .

Senheng called me today asked me to fork out another RM175 because the staff overvalued my phone. He claimed HQ inspected once again and said the HQ valued the phone at lower price.  How to deal with this? I’ve paid. Payment been charged. Invoice been issued. Now they’re pushing me to pay. There’s no TnC in my invoice saying I’m subjected to pay any additional fee upon another inspection after i paid.

just ignore, its their staff fault for not following their trade in valuing SOP. I gave, you inspect, you put a price, i agree, i trade in, you accept - close deal.
