T&L has an office in KL, so it’s like buying an AP set from a reputable importer like DirectD, Mobile 2 Go, etc. You can go back to the seller if any issues, or can try your luck at an AASC

And for the record HK set doesn’t use eSIM. It has a dual physical SIM slot.
