so wht to do in alor star on saturday? i fly from kl. any suggestions? google checked.. not into those attractions places like mosque, temple or tower i am into shopping and eating. plss advise... die soon |

surrounding there got many nice food courts and stall. |

paiseh bump/necro this thread, but - sapot lokal, m i rite?
 actually headed up this Friday for the Marathon - quick 2d1n (probably not even sleeping, knn the FO is 1am sia). so, Part 1 (day1) will be reaching there late noon, so probably missed the lunch hours - so .. what's great for tea and dinner, can whack nasi for carbo load - and any recommended sightseeing or activity/coffee-cafe to visit nearby Pekan Rabu area? Part 2 (Saturday) - probably done running by the dawn, any particular breakfast spots to catch the sunrise over the paddy fields? preferably not too far from pekan rabu, as we will have to rely on grabcar to travel further places and doubt there'll be any at 6-7am |
