anyone work in Oracle Malaysia or before? Interested in increment rate and bonus that they could offer yearly.

how about IT? And I heard there isn't any bonus given and sometimes there are no increment?

oracle ... dont expect much , no increment is also normal.

Normally US MNC will provide 13th month salary. And for increment salary, very minimal between 1-5% or unless the reporting manage favor you. For big jump in salary, u may have to jump band or grade to another level.

I didn’t accept it in the end. Definitely no bonus in 2019 since I’m still under probation period.

For me, I received a confirmation next day after my interview. Then it took around few weeks to come out offer letter. In between they will ask you provide different kind of supporting documents.

They have their own system for you to log in and retrieve the offer letter. You can even provide your digital sign to accept the offer in their system.

Incremental is very minimal, that’s why the turnover rate is high. Get the offer work for 2-3 years then try other iT co, jumping ship
