LYNCF Inaugural Meeting

Dear all,

The first inaugural meeting of LYNCF will take place, with the details as follows:

Time: 10pm
Venue: Souk Cafe, SS15 (Same row with Darussalam, Opposite Inferno Cybercafe)
Date: 5th June 2007

The purpose of this meeting is to:

1) Meet up with the various members who signed up with LYNCF
2) Ice-breaking session
3) Form a LYNCF committee

Your support and co-operation is very much needed to ensure that this meeting would be a success.

As this is out of sudden meeting, I don't think I could make it.
Hopefully the committee elected would be able to form a great bond and friendship while organizing future LYNCF events.

And, if possible, do include some of the minutes of meeting after the meeting. Would like to know what agenda was discussed in this meeting. Thanks.

I would suggest for the meeting to be held at a later date, with an early notice to everyone (maps, time & stuff), so that there will be better turnouts, just suggesting anyway.

Have fun there and may the best committee members be selected from those that can make it tonight!

So suddenly this meeting,i think i cannot attend it.Maybe i can join it when i shifting to Damansara next month(busy moving house).Sorry guy.Keep in touch

damn it, i actually went there and no one was there, the sudden change of time is dissapointing, i will be not free next tuesday, grrr

How was the meeting? Were any decisions made?

Just make sure to ask Admin to highlight it on the top red forum banner of this new time by Friday afternoon so others can plan well in advance to go there

can't you guys please put some form of voting to agree on one place and one time? it's sick to see the organiser to pull out and not even be there to inform those who came to come other time.

Either move along with this or select another person in charge that can be more dedicated
