how to lower the skill level.. lets say level 10 casting time 2sec ... level 5 1sec.. wanna lower the skill level to level 5 for fast casting

anyone start getting XL base potion(1million exp) ? im already level 80+ but never get a single bottle. only get Large bottler(500k) exp

Anyone has completed the quest.
Quest name : Temple Key Quest description : Collect 5 keys of clock tower and give them to the sister. I forgot where i pick up this quest from. And is it necessary to do this as key of temple is about 600k each |
