For meals you can refer the buff icon on the left. They are both different but work at the same time. Food has duration and will be gone after certain time either you use it or not. Meals didn't have duration and only depleted when your char use it. |

I collect many of the chest then open 1 by 1 in different channel... then manage to nab 1 leaf... u can try but I think in the end its about luck... |
