stuck at lvl 52 where to lvl up? mission also done all already including small quest. 600min used up.

Just want to ask, is the assistant bugged? Because they say when you reached certain level of intimacy, you get items. For instance, I currently got 35/100 in which I am supposedly can get adventure meatball because that only needs 20, but why can't I get it? Is the item automatically placed inside your inventory or must manual collect it?
