afk bot till ur stamina is yellow / green, then do the board quest. or if you have spare rice ball can just instant complete all the board quest.

Use rice ball, buy Mercenary's mission depending on your base level. Go to board quest click accept and they should prompt do you want to finish it instantly. BAM no need to do work, just collect rewards

i think you should slow down your leveling and focus on earning money first at the moment.

you'll suffer if you leveled too fast without any good equipments as drop penalty due to level gap applies in this game
