Update:I now know that the gpu is not at fault ,after connecting my laptop to the pc monitor via vga, all the things I observed with my pc ,artifacts, glitches and black screen were also there. I've ordered a new monitor online since. I'm however still concerned about the small part that fell off, any gpu experts able to identify the part that fell off?If yes, should I be worried? Thanks for all the replies

Even if that specific part is identified, stuff SHOULD NOT be falling off your PCB.
