According to my uncle in Kuching, he did mention that the psf price have already dropped to RM 850/sf when he last visited the developer's sales office there. Haven't really checked it out coz I wasn't too interested in this project's unit layouts.

To the TS, in the case of Sunway Velocity Two's Phase 1, Block A and B is 485 units/block, which totals to 970 units (+/-).

Fuyoh, this is only from Cochrane to Batu 11.. If add from Kajang to Sungai Buloh maybe will reach 60,000 units?

Can consider bank lelong unit as well.. Pertama Residency, starting 500k, 936 sqf unit, ~ 200m to the MRT station..

On properties walking distance to mrt1 stations, how much price has increased since mrt1 in operation? How is rental within walking distance of mrt1 stations?

How is noise impact along elevated track?

if walking distance to mrt, less than 500m.. rental 3r2b is at least RM2000 for bare unit, RM2500 at least for fully furnished.. Can study the rental impact of LRT KLJ line (Putra Line).. along the line, rental at least RM2500 for bare unit..

For noise, MRT is better.. because more quiet and got noise barrier along residential..
