Seriously dont be cheated. I'm not talking about the show unit trick but generally the entire project itself.

- Market as KL South address. Are you kidding me?
- Super high density at this ulu location.
- Savanna completed currently. You can just go check the rental market.
- Price? If below 300k for a proper 3 bedroom unit still okay for own stay.
- Probably need another 10 years for this area to be alive.

Or Cerrado

Both places also many of lelong units. Savanna will be bigger size. Can get below 300K.
Cerrado got 2 bedroom size and 3 bedroom size smaller than Savanna. Same can get below 300K.

Very fast already got first lelong unit check in.
Can wait for price drop and more lelong units from here.
