yeah its a lot but for a premium spec auto transmission viva that cost around rm44,200...... theres many other option and more bigger and spacious car to consider especially from proton...

Viva nowadays discount up to rm2k but don't know will be continue next month or not depends on stock...might be hehehe

850cc & 1000cc manual standard - rm500
1000cc auto premium - rm2000
the rest models - rm1,500

this promotion valid for august so got few days before month end...place booking to get this discount hehehhe

after merdeka promotion, later year end promotion... got 4 months can get discounted price...

So many promotions! I remembered the time when I wanted to buy Myvi, there's not even a CNY promotion.

If I were offered RM2K discount at the time I bought my viva, I would have chosen the premium model.
So far my gearbox no problem. Still waiting for the sensor thingy to settle
Will go for my second service next Tuesday. Will ask about the sensor thingy.

bcos early of year wont have discount loh...

the resale value for the car which registered on early of year and end of year almost the same... that why the buyers will rugi if not discount if purchase car when end of year, used 1-3 months and resale price drop significantly...

I thought the viva 660 is a high revving engine with power about the same as the kancil 850?

i have calculated already, from the stats it seems after discount promotions Viva premium is around RM8000 less than a premium 1.3 myvi(assuming that theres no discount from myvi premium model, please update me if they do have any).

Also from the stats, the interior width of Viva is 10cm bigger than the old kancil. So its quite a good offer really.

Also many are quite tempted with the premium full spec Viva since theres very big extra being add on than the normal viva, including the auto fold side mirror, airbags and abs, ebd, height adjuster, rear spoiler, sport rims, reverse sensor, extra tray storage .... so imho i think the price does justify why its kinda pricey since its a small car equipped with lots of good gadgets.

Im interested with myvi and other p2 model but my HQ family house(my parents, siblings house ) have 2 kelisa, 1 kancil, 1 myvi already so looking for a different budget model than those.

Why don't you test drive a Savvy and see....i ended up choosing a Savvy instead of a Viva after extensive testing of both...

Hope i don't get flame for promoting a non-Viva car in a Viva thread....my other car is a Myvi ok, so don't flame me!!

hmmm for a full spec premium Viva manual transmission the price after discount come up to rm38700 OTR. Its a sure grabber since quite cheap for a premium model if you guys dont mind a manual transmission....
