Hmmm...I got mine 1.0 Sx last friday ... now milleage already 770 km (from kl to johor and back to kl ) ..
About this car, the engine is not responsive , quite slow , cluth also weird(kinda soft , and clutch is so little , not smooth) . Maybe not used to it yet .

About the tailgate alarm. I tested out . When i lock the car with alarm . I tried to open the tailgate with key , the signal start to blink for few second , and then the beep beep sound start to beeping (alarm sound) . I assume this is the alarm right ?
*
U get it fix FOC? If really FOC I should request for it when I go for 15000km service.. icon_idea.gif icon_idea.gif My babe 15k mileage old already.. shakehead.gif

Hmm....actully i am not satisfied with the engine , interior and exterior i like it . The to drive viva is not that fun. I been driving highway from kl to johor. I don know what problem, just feeling not good when driving . On word to describe when driving this 1.0 Manual "NOT SMOOTH".

Ya , i think two more days need to go services d .Anyone know 1st 1000 km service need how much ?

How come mine got install tailgate alarm ? we all same viva , but some said they don have , that kinda weird right ?

Let me explain again.

1. Lock the caar with alarm.
2. Open tailgate with key .
3. Signal start blinking.
4. After 3 times blinking , horn sound start to beeping until u press alarm again .

Above is so called got install tailgate alarm ?
*
Bring RM70 should be enough if you do not wish to install any add-on.. When i went for 5000km service that time they asked to install the insulator. Cost me about Rm80 and I find it quite useful. The bonnet wont be hot after a long drive.. thumbup.gif

my brake no problem so far.. one thing for sure i know is that when my car is full of people.. means all together is 5 people.. slightly plump for some... when i drive straight road also i face under power situation. No matter how much i step on the fuel... it still drive quite slow... any idea on how to boast the power?
*
U mean your car underpower when full of people inside? I can't think of anyway to boost the power. Just drive slowly la.. laugh.gif Safe driving tongue.gif

Viva 1.0 L manual FC=19sen/km??
u know wat.. my freind/my SA/my neighbor say, this car got DVVT , vert fuel economy
u must be joking rite???
*
this is depends on how people drive. if u rev much to overtake or drive much sure will have high fc. My full tank about Rm55 can go until 460km i don think its fc it as bad as u think.

And Mr peYno, what car are you driving? proton? since you quite support proton. I bet proton doesn't have a car has good fc.. juz my 2cent

now lets go back to my FC, why is it so high? any ideas? 19cent per km[/b]
*
At first i took my car the fc quite bad also.. But after half a yr.. I manage to get back better fc. Just patiently drive it and wait for few service.. biggrin.gif

@peYno
What ever your comments are, we bought this car is under our wish. Just set your mind, we just like to waste our money to buy a useless car and u may go away from this thread. If refer to your opinion for a "good" car, is there any car out there with good handling, fc , safe and most important the price is worth it? hmm.gif

So you are one of them? Like to shop around and buy mitsubishi parts? And become saga-lution? or wiralution?

QUOTE(peYno @ Nov 22 2007, 11:02 PM)

k back to some stuff bout the Viva i have ...

fuel consumption is somehow improved and i got like 25% more since my first tank

my last fc tally was RM60 for 310km, thats 19 cent per km

and my second tank was RM55 for 410.3km, thats about 14cent per km

and driving pattern is 40% highway, 60% city

weird, hehe
*
The fc will become better when u drive more.. I also encounter this problem.. So far.. My viva now manage to get Rm55 420KM.. Good enough for me. icon_rolleyes.gif
