If I want to switch to Maxis Home Fiber from my current Unifi plan, do I need to terminate my Unifi first or can I just straight go to Maxis Centre to switch?

I just signed up for Maxis. They did asked me how long ago I terminated unifi. Apparently, if unifi is using the port, their system will show unavailable.

Need to terminate UniFI first. You can schedule the sign up during the same day UniFI is terminated, or so I heard.

Unifi is using port 1 and Maxis on port 2. Both can co-exist. I've 3 connections previously. Unifi on port 1, Maxis on port2 and Ohana on port 3. Now only left Maxis. Others all terminated.
