I have check for the current market price is seem reasonable price.
and the price can be further discuss down like 10 - 15% from Iproperty listing. hmm.gif

I knew the shopping mall is not doing well,
the design is discomfort.

interm of investment, or short term weekend vacation stay,
do you think is worth to buy?

any comments on 2nd hand market for Empire City? icon_question.gif
can any one know this area better or previous buyer to share pron and cons on your view?
any factors i shall pay more attention?

Stayed there last year through Airbnb.
The unit there seems like from unfinished construction and dusty rclxub.gif

If you have loose change of few hundred thousand lying around and there is absolutely NOTHING else in the market to buy and
the price is 50% below developer's price, maybe can consider lor..

are you buying cash?

if get loan to buy, there are some banks might not be financing EC.

also, and most importantly, can get strata title or not...….

thanks for the advises, better keep away from doom.
too bad then, originally the design concept for the township is fabulous in city style, but end up with bad management due to too ambition.

Until today, few people realized kv property bull run 2011-2014 was a fallout of u.s qe and similar event is unlikely to occur again in the foreseeable future.

don't go for investors friendly proposition.

must be suitable for own stay or can be used for your own stay [ I mean really can be used or my own use if sheet hits the fan]
