What is the purpose of digital ID ? I though wallet is enough to pay item ? If something went wrong , $ will not be release because wallet hold your $.

Sounds like Korea Resident Registration Number. Where the number is used on registering digital ID as well on websites.
Later surf /k use real ID. Bad for all of us. Totally cannot say bad things or surf prawn. |
