Guys, need your expertise here. Is it correct that Hotlink prepaid plan status goes like this... Active -> InActive(Grace Period) -> Termination.
If this is correct, can someone enlighten me why my account went from Active -> Termination?
Hotlink Red App shows -> Active till xx XX. The following day line was terminated.
I checked with my friend on InActive period, it shows Termination on xx XX.
Any help appreciated.

Hotlink 2.0 plan does not have grace period. if not mistaken, minimum reload rm5 comes with 90days active period. it is different than the other plans. They will terminate it if you don't have any top up within 90 days. I am using this plan for second sim card. This post has been edited by engyr: May 11 2019, 11:44 AM

I shared a top up rm30 on 12/4/19, I got validity date 11/7/19. Today I shared a top up rm5, I did not get new validity date. Anyone has idea, did hotlink change rules?
