Wow, you have RAM from the future!!! Awesome!

Maybe something corrupted in the RAM chip I guess. Those software check the dates by reading some hardcoded value in the RAM chip right?

the first 1gb i brought in feb 2007 ---> cant remember what chipset

the second is brought in last week... ---> is kingston, maybe tomorrow only open and check it out

maybe the ram is come from the future one,hahahaha......
well,maybe when the manufacturer insert the spd,the spd that they made is mistake.

it's rather the Everest and CPU-Z mistake, they haven't update the DB on all memory modules yet. They will fix it for sure in later version.

P/S anyways, you are using outdated CPU-Z. The latest is 1.40 not 1.39.

Not unusal. My notebook kingston RAM, which I bought in 2005, as a manufacture date of June 2007. Means it was made about......now.

I'm not sure why this happens. It's probably a firmware thing.

Yeah.....might have happened to my ram too coz it says it was manufactured in 2001 (1GB DDR bought in March last year tongue.gif ). Seems quite common coz I saw a friends 1 say that its manufactured in 1967 sweat.gif
