My depression starts to happened again and the SPM is just around the corner. I feel nervous but I can't help myself to study, and I know I'm not lazy, I even talked to the counsellor in my school and asked for her advices. But when I see all my friends studying/doing the revisions, I feel depressed because I think they're all hardworking than me and I start to dislike myself. And the feeling continues to grow after I got home, I feel so irritated to the noises of my parents, they're always fighting and scolding each other. Can anyone tell me what should I do!

i think your trigger point might be your parents arguement. Do you have any relative or friend's place you can stay temporary? or you can try talking to your parents about the issue you experience so that they can behave like a responsible parents? if you still feel bad or depress, try contacting befrienders (https://www.befrienders.org.my/)

My parents won't allow me to stay at other places and I told them before but they won't listen they'll just scold me instead and tell me to change the way I think.
