End of the day, it is just business. Business come and go. People will move on eventually.

Gomen only wanted lower cost. Simple.

Gamuda refused to budge. Gomen then no choice but to terminate the contract and open tender to someone else. Who knows, maybe someone else will do it cheaper.

As for the workers, get this straight... no one owes u a living, be it gomen or employer. Just because u bought a new car or house, doesn't mean both parties need to compensate u right?
