Please be informed that TM has introduced new Unifi Home package name effective 8th September 2020 as below:
Unifi 30Mbps TRY Me Broadband (1 Month Waiver @ RM89)
Unifi 100Mbps TRY Me Broadband (Free STD20 + 1 Month Waiver @ RM129)
Unifi 300Mbps TRY Me Ultimate (Unifi TV Ultimate Pack + Free STD20 + 1 Month Waiver @ RM199)
1 Month waiver will remain the same for the said packages above.

However, please take note that TM has removed Unifi TV Pack(Aneka/Varnam/Ruby) from Unifi 100Mbps TRY Me Broadband (Free STD20 + 1 Month Waiver @ RM129) on Unifi PlayTV. For customer who subscribed to this package, customer will no longer be provided with any Unifi TV pack on Unifi PlayTV.

Please be informed that TM launched Free 1 Month Trial on 100Mbps for customers who subscribed to 30Mbps @ RM89 Effective 15th November 2021 to 31st December 2021. Kindly refer to the package detail below:

Unifi 30Mbps TRY Me Upgrade 100Mbps (1 Month Free Trial on 100Mbps) @ RM89

- Applicable for new customers only
- Free trial on 100Mbps for 30 days. Customer will enjoy 100Mbps upon installation for 30 days (FTTH Only)
- Free trial on 100Mbps for 30 days only for customers residing in FTTH area (Fibre cable that can support 100Mbps). Not entitled for customers residing in VDSL area (Copper cable that support only 30Mbps). However, customer residing in VDSL area can still enjoy 1 month waiver on 30Mbps
- Customers will receive SMS and myunifi app reminder 7 days before end of trial period (Roughly about 23rd days after installation) to confirm whether customer want to upgrade to 100Mbps @ RM129
- Customers who opt for an upgrade (100Mbps @ RM129) will be on the new plan’s pricing structure upon successful change of the plan after the 30 days trial period has ended.
- Prorate charges is applicable in the first month bill
- Contract period for 24 month.
