but cant you juz click "Find member's posts" in his profile and find it??

That would cover every topic where the member posted in. I'm trying to search for a member's post in one topic only.

actually, i hoping for a search engine
that is for a specific thread that can search for particular word
and the search result will show us which post contain this word...

That already exist.
