Ever since upgrade from 10mbps to 30mbps, my connection has been very terrible & unstable.
Never had the issue so much on 10mbps.
My 2nd house was upgraded to 30 mbps too, but till today no technician came to replace the new Maxis router. Still using old router.
But my condo was already changed last month for new Maxis router.
This the scenario for the condo issue:
05/10/2018:
- How come i waited 15 minutes to get call through?
- Then waited another 20 minutes to talk to a technical officer. Please improve by hiring more staffs or improve Quality call. I find some of the technical staff really rude. i had to cancel call & call back again because i dont want to talk to a RUDE staff to handle my case.
- Reported to Maxis that no internet connection.
- Also tell wifi is connected but got no internet. How come.
- Then they gave me case report id number
06/10/2018:
- Called Maxis again to ask for case updates (32 minutes waited)
- Was being told by Maxis that they still following up
07/10/2018:
- Called Maxis again to ask for case updates (wasted 40 minutes. Please check call recorder if dont believe me)
- Told Maxis i cannot wait so long coz i need to do work also. Cant expect me to go Starbucks to do work everytime.
08/10/2018:
- Called Maxis again to ask for case updates
- Told Maxis please change my TM silver box too incase its the one that fried the connection
- Maxis tell they still following up and nothing can be done (follow up what??)
- Was promised by Maxis that they will call up again at 7:30PM to arrange for an appointment visit by them & TM personnel.
09/10/2018:
- Till now no call by Maxis or TM to come to my hse to fix the internet issue.
- Seriously i have to call again?
- i had to wait upto 45 minutes just to talk to a technical staff and maybe will be told that my case still pending TM / or something else.
- i will call again in the afternoon to ask on my case id update because im so free......
Update as of 12:51pm, 09/10/2018:
- just hangup a call with Maxis personnel through 1800-82-1123
- no status update yet on case report id
- issue still ongoing
- no updates from TM to Maxis
