1. there are two ways, first is when you see "Talent in Youth Team" in your mailbox, you can click and bring him to the senior squad ... the second way is to buy the player from the transfer market ... you can see it by pressing "Transfer" on the left side bar ...
2. sorry, the special ability is natural ... you cannot train it ... it is as is ...
