as the speedtest is saying otherwise...
So I head to livechat support like any other sane person would do lah...
The 1st livechat person was very straight forward, asked me to do speedtest at TM spedtester and copied the link, shared it to her.
Then she asked me to turn off the BTU and wifi for 15 secs, but before that I switch to mobile data so I won't get disconnected.
After turning the BTU and wifi back on I did another speedtest (not from my mobile data, I have a macmini connected directly to the wifi router using ethernet cable)
So I shared the speed result to her and then it began...
The livechat lady went silent for quite sometime, like more than 10 mins (yeah I waited).
So I tried to connect to livechat again and got connected with this guy... and I promptly told him I've connected with livechat previously and was disconnected I thought and I just want to continue from where we left off..
And the below happened...



seriously wtf ...

Has anyone been getting this kind of utter-nonsense from UNIFI livechat?
Really felt I met the final boss of livechat support
