U think grab care with the amount of people queuing there? close to thousands waiting and willing to sacrifice to get that RM65.

another case also happened at PJ, where i booked grab at RM5, before raining. Right after I booked, it started raining, and getting heavier and heavier. Somehow, I think grab app shall require customer to agree to cancel before driver can cancel the trip / booking. At least, both parties need to agree for the same reason of the cancellation. Else, grab shall give chance for either customer / driver to complain.

Report under issue under the respective booking details.

Go and tell grab about your suggestion and let see will they implement such rule or not. For me i foresee Grab need to solve a lot dispute if anything happen by using your suggestion laugh.gif
