true, crap will also proud as there are abundance of drivers at their disposal

another case also happened at PJ, where i booked grab at RM5, before raining. Right after I booked, it started raining, and getting heavier and heavier. Somehow, I think grab app shall require customer to agree to cancel before driver can cancel the trip / booking. At least, both parties need to agree for the same reason of the cancellation. Else, grab shall give chance for either customer / driver to complain.

actually now crapcar is better to driver for cancellation . just waste a bit petrol

of i see the face no like, i can now cancel .. if u know what i mean. better cancel rather later argue in the car
