4 person + 2 luggage should book under GC+ RM75/ 6seater car RM105, the number that driver call should be grab cs support, usually CS will advise passenger cancel n book again. in this case, driver might take advantages of cancelled ride, skip the 20/25% commission part.

That is how standard Grab CS replies.

The driver taking advantage asked u to cancel but didnt ask u rebook,
becoz he know if rebook maybe wont get him again.
