Dear all sifu,

Is there any new property that worth to invest for future growth? my preference is near by the public transport like lrt or mrt, within klang valley.

Not for immediate use, better if completion date at 2020 or after.

Open new topic because each property post keep promote own good and doesn't really compare to the overall picture, hope to hear some sifu sharing here smile.gif

u have to consider how much mrt/lrt can really contribute to future growth considering there is abundance of supplies along each mrt/lrt lines... when all the owners along the lines started to throw price... it wont be a colorful world that you looking for....

please dont compare malaysia mrt/lrt with singapore one 😵😵 malaysia one can ask you wait n wait n wait til 30mins then only tell you breakdown. not to mention no free shuttle bus, not even refund the money mad.gif

dont think can last for more than 3 pages...

advice TS is to attend more property fair, read more news i.e. lowyat forum and view more properties before decide

no fast track, & at this moment, no need to rush for properties, take your own sweet time to identify the best..

ppl best may not not be your best...
