It's kinda late for the reply..... but here's some update about the licensing of Win10

1. Its doesn't matter whether its Win10 Home or Pro Edition, as long as the license is bought with the following terms & conditions:

1.1 The OS is bundled together in the same receipt of the hardware purchase, this is commonly know as OEM license.
1.2 The OS is bought separately (it can be from the same seller or entirely different seller), this is commonly known as Retail license and usually package as a box.
1.3 It doesn't matter where you use the OS, as long as its original and you should be fine. As there are no restrictions on where it can be use.
2. Tuition Centre, Schools or alike can usually contact Microsoft Malaysia for a special edition of Win10. I'm not very sure whether your centre is eligible or not but it does no harm contacting them. Maybe you will even get a discounted bulk purchase price for it.
3. The difference with Win10 Home & Pro is the features & functions, for the Home Edition it is usually meant for home use or designed for home usage where centralized control is not an issues. Cause you know everyone in the house rite, so talk it out instead. This usually doesn't grows to more than 10 computers, so its easy to control mutually. 

Pro edition is more to corporate designs where centralized control is a must, we're talking about 100+/- computers, and coupled with Windows Server you can have granular control such as standard wallpaper settings across all the computers, standard screensaver, file access control and many many more.

If you don't have the need to join domains or require remote desktop then Home is good enough.
