Hi,

i want to renovate (green part) my house in bkt tinggi 2, managed to reached an ID through a friend, below is the new layout



the total price is about RM136k, which doesn't include cabinet accessories, sink, kitchen blower, stove

RM136k for a kitchen, toilet and a bedroom is quite ridiculous, I do have the detail scope of work according to the quotation.
