Hi guys, wanted to know based on your experience, how long is the lead time required to complete a semi-major renovation?
I am planning to hack & re-tile my bathroom (3x bathroom), tiling the porch & backyard, and some minor works (change doors/window grille/adding plug point/repair leakage), but no extension for the house or whatsoever

I’ve asked 3 contractors & all of them said it’s gonna be between 45-90 days, is it standard?
My house is a 2 1/2 storey terrace house
