I am looking to buy a subsale property. Just wondering if I can get a rough quotation for below work..

a) re-wiring whole house
b) change plumbing of whole house+ change design to new toilet

c) others still not too sure what i want (for further discussion)

Its an old piece of house 3 stories around 1100sqft total. 3 rooms + 2 bathroom
