Single storey terrace house 22x70 20 years sub sale house
1500sqf

1. Hacking & Redo kitchen walls
2. Re-install 5 ft kitchen wall tiles
3. Install Concreate Table Top L Shape 9ft x 7ft (Have bought tiles)
4. Install Kitchen Floor tiles (Have bought tiles) & Install Kitchen Ceiling
5. Remove old toilet bowl, toilet sink and replace new one for 2 toilet.
6. Extend about 3 ft concrete floor at car porch
7. Install awning
8. Remove old gate and pillar, for autogate vendor to come for measurement.
9. Repainting for whole house
10. Change water meter direction for autogate installation.

Hi Darren, may I ask for double storey Semi-D with built-up 3400, if want extent another double storey at the back with similar built-up (3400), estimated how much would it cost?

The extend area ground floor have 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 living room + dining area, 2 bathrooms total. First floor also same.
