hi, for living room plaster ceiling (flat/plain type), is the normal plaster board or Gypsum board (9mm) which one is better/suitable?

Im looking for 3mx2, include 9mm thick alum, driver n cover, RM250 for cob, RM320 for OSRAM led.
Not sure which to choose yet. Maybe will go for cob, to avoid the gap between every light chip.

Question about incoming water pipe at kitchen.

Does relocating incoming water pipe from one wall to an adjacent wall requires hacking?
