Hello all. I am here to request opinion and help from moderator regarding the unsettle payment from my customer.

Actually the buyer already PAID deposit of RM 250 for motherboard and another RM 250 for 8800GTX which retail at RM2300.

The item already arrive here about 2-3 weeks ago and he was asking me to wait for two weeks to settle his remaining RM 2800 + Shipping + RM 4(custom clearance fee).

But up until this moment, he still unable to settle the payment for his personal reason. I do understand his situation but im unable to help because i have to get the amount so that i could measure my business balance sheet.

I do hope moderator and others could give me advise on this matter. The details of items is stated in the following link

http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?act=ST&f=21&t=433749

It is very sad for me to further create this matter but i couldnt help myself because the delay is too long. I will start auctioning his item by tomorrow.

Thanks. Please give me some advise yeah since this is the first time ive been here to report unpaid customer.

Although im not a moderator. i believed you just want an advise from someone tongue.gif

At first people might think since you are new, accepting full payment for each items might seem alot to them.

Now you have successfully fulfilled so many bulks and you have gained much respect from most of your customers. I, myself is one of your customer and im fully satisfied with your services.

My advise to you is: In future, do not asked for deposit, instead asked for Full Payment before you do the Telegraphic Transfer. By doing this, you will not be stuck with the items like right now. Since they are interested to order from you, full payment should be a problem here.

This is what i'll do. Initiate a sale of the items and if anyone wants it, sell it off.

If the guy comes up with the money before you sell it off, then give it to him. If not, too bad for him, no refunds for his deposit either.

bro karom, better start a new thread for the auction..
becoz with doing that on the same thread, u will face the difficulties and can confuse the potential buyer for ur bulk as well..

I already PM him when he is Online.

But he never answer my PM and then straightly went Offline when i give the link to this thread.

Yes, indeed term and condition stated clearly since the start of V1 that if buyer unable to pay or called off the deal after the item ordered to supplier ( in this case items were arrived back in two weeks ago), the deposit will be forfeit.

But im still hoping that he will contact me back tomorrow if he still wants his items with the remaining balance.

There is quite big money involve here. maybe for you it is not that much, but for me the amount is very huge enough to ruin my company balance sheet.

Terms and Conditions already clearly mentioned. There will be no refund of his deposit. Unless, the auction goes so well (which i think is impossible).

deposite will not be refunded if the buyer agree the T&C,the deposite will be forfeited if he is unable to clear the balance as promise, but bro karom is nice, still waited him for few weeks, now, bro karom already mentioned him about the auction, then the deposite should be forfeited.

(remember, the deposite suppose to be forfeited within 3 days after item arrived, this is the real T&C).

for deposite, unless bro karom mentioned,if not,it will not be refunded anymore.

IMO, karom doesn't even have to open a topic here. It is clearly stated in his T&C. But he is doing his best to deliver the product if the customer clears the balance ASAP. If that doesn't happen, then the customer has no right to complain anything at all.

hmm brother i understand your situation as well, i don't want to mention names here but last time when i do a bulk order for psp face plates... got one buyer want to reserve and then before i initiate order i ask him to pay in money to me then he did not pay and say to wait for him during the weekend when he get his psp, then last minute say seller ffk him. so many excuses this and that until item arrive somemore i give him another week and he gave me same excuse again psp seller ffk him.. so fed up but luckily i manage to sell it off to another good buyer.

Maybe you should send him a message telling him the time limit threshold so that he will respond before the given time or else just forfeit the deposit i guess, since he already agreed to your T&C.

i wish you good luck to sell of the items... for me lesson learnt always take in full amount first before getting the items for the buyer.

Good luck Brother in your sales.
