1) Can gastric pain last for so long? Like even until the next day she woke up she still feel pain - Yes. During my worst time, it can last for days. Gastric is not only sharp pain on stomach, there are other symptoms like vomit, stomachache, gassy and diarrhea. She really needs to manage her eating habit.

2) Can you get your gastric pain even after eating? The day her gastric pain, she ate around 12pm, pain at 5pm, i thought gastric only pain if you don't eat? - Sometimes when stomach went empty for long time (skipped meals) and suddenly I eat something, yes, I will have gastric. But usually within 1 or 2 hours. For your gf's case, it's 5 hours. Maybe (just maybe) she ate something oily, spicy, hot, caffein or anything that can trigger gastric? First option, eat on time. If already skipped meal, try to eat something easy for stomach like plain bread and porridge. Don't eat until full full.[i]

3) In this case, any check up she can do? Rofl i am not sure what to query on google and normally for such check how much would it cost?
If she's not getting any better, it's better to see a gastroenterologist. It might be very bad gastric, inflammation or other things. Gastroenterologist might or might not suggest a gastroscopy. If not mistaken should be more than 2K. I am not sure cause last time I did it with other surgery so the bill was almost 10K, luckily under insurance.[I]

Honestly, I won't bother to go to normal clinics when I have gastric. The gastric pills makes me feel sicker. I just manage with plain bread and some soy milk (not every one can drink soy milk for gastric) until the pain subside. Then eat meals carefully for the next few days - more plain vege, porridge, no oil, no caffein, no milk etc. Plain oat also good.
Since I learnt what eating habit works for me, I hardly have gastric these days. (touch wood!).
