Hi. I just got my TIME Fibre installed today, and i noticed something similar to what you have mentioned here - the orange globe keep popping up, and when i logged in into the router setting, it shows "poor network". What is the issue? The router? What is the remedy?

So, would like to try updating the router's firmware, but which version of router i am using? I'm using the C1200 provided by TIME.. and there are 3 firmware versions on the site - v1, v2 and v3. How do i find out? Is it stated on the router/box? Thanks.
