i'm totally not agree with resetting contract.
i won't even call it downgrade...

i'm in 100Mbps.. i did not ask for upgrade to 500Mbps..
i'm not given a choice to stay in 100Mbps or upgrade to 500Mbps
now that i want to remain in 100Mbps for RM99, i have to reset my contract for another 24mths? this is not fair to me at all..
how long i've waited now counting down last few months..

RM149 to RM139



because i dont need that much of bandwidth.
for me to choose, i'll save a couple of money instead.

not everyone needs that.
users should be given a choice.
i only need 100Mbps and i can pay lesser now with RM99.. why force me to pay more?
and the reset contract T&C is unfair at all..

you didn't get my point. i do not want another contract anymore..

100Mbps is now much cheaper.. but with unfair contract plan for existing user.. meh.
compare with discount RM50, i wont think of it as getting RM10 discount..

RM139 vs RM99 is less? meh..

now reset contract, what if i move house and the new place doesn't have TIME coverage?
am i getting penalty for terminating the so call new contract?

TIME offer the best package indeed, i don't denied this. doesn't mean they should take it for granted.

but on this scenario i'm not agree with that fair thing. customer did not given a choice..
no problem for signing up to 2yrs for u, but there are problem for many others.. no problem to u doesn't mean no problem to others.

it's ok, i'm jz saying my opinion of not agreeing with the T&C.. i wont expect everyone share the same thought with me..
i do see some users sharing the same thought with me though on their FB page. cheers.

yeah. i signed the contract. i didnt ask for change contract.
they do under government instruction.. which is cheaper and faster broadband.
in my opinion, users should be given a choice of want it cheaper or want it faster. not with the T&C of resetting contract.
