Sifus, any good suggestion for router? Since the speed has been upgraded, can the default TP C1200 from time support the speed? Thanks.

Hi. My contract is ending next month, TIME called my wife and told her that they will charging us additional RM200++ on top of the monthly fee to upgrade our router if want to continue the service. Tried to call back yesterday but couldn't get through. Will try again later.

In the mean time, anyone else received such call?

1. Is that a normal practice? (i.e. additional fee upon contract ended)

2. Is it compulsory to upgrade router?

Anyone has contact for fibre optic contractor in klang valley? Our apartment's fibre optic (random units) got sabo. Time technician came in to check, couldn't do anything. Management Office want us to find/contact the contractor on our own. Thanks.
