Hi, I'm a 500mbps plan user here.. Still on the TP-LINK AC1200 router, anyone faced issues or have solutions with the router keep on rebooting suddenly few times a day? Also with this router i can't get my promised 500mbps speed , only achieve 90+ mbps with cat5e lan cable connected to my desktop.
Also another problem is the huawei modem TEL1 light keep blinking and i cannot make any calls with the home phone.
*
The rebooting issues can't be solved for this AC1200.
Best to change router to a better one.

For the TEL 1 kept blinking? Can't make calls?
Have you tried to restart the router.

I need to you test the speed bypassing the router, connect from computer to ONU to check the speed.
I can guide you to configure this to test the speed.

Thanks.

Thanks, I cant found EC230-G1 listed as compatible list for OneMesh on TPlink webside
https://www.tp-link.com/sg/onemesh/compatib...tm_campaign=all

If you been test and confirmed RE300 able to work under OneMesh with EC230-G1, I'll give a try.
I not prefer get another EC230 as its unable mounting on the plug
For better Mesh solution like DECO M5, do we still need the router? Or the DECO M5 will be the router to replace my EC230-G1?
*
Refer to my answer on another thread.

Thanks.

Hello, how are you?
It's been a long time that you reply here.

You mean the TIME Apps to pay the bills right?
No issues for me via Android.

You may try to reinstall the Apps and see.

Thanks.

Hi guys, wanna ask if anyone/agent here knows the coverage and reliability of connection for Bukit Jalil area? At Bukit Jalil City there. Just moved here recently and planning to decide which ISP to use. Much thanks in advance.
*
Thanks for the interest on TIME FIBRE.

The connection there is very good but depending on some scenarios. Now you are staying at which building?
Is it the Bukit Jalil City The Park?

What is the new place don't support Time fibre?

Please advise.
*
You can relocate your line to the new house if the new place has TIME Coverage. There will be a relocation fees.

If the new place doesn't have coverage for TIME FIBRE.
You may transfer ownership to the new owner or someone else.

Yes, instead of carrying unifi from old place, would like to subscribe and switch to Time without incur penalty.
*
That's impossible to waive the penalty with different address.

Unifi and TIME Address must be the same to get the RM500 termination fee waived.

Thanks.

should be March 2022, it was 2 years contract, previous contract expired this year Feb, hence renew contract again.
*
In that case, you located your line there and use for a month then you sign up.

You may PM me your building name to check.

Thanks.

This offer as below when will end? As my contract is end on 14 nov 2020. Why Time does not takecare of existing user? Only for new user? Wat the marketing strategy is this?
Sooner Celcom n Digi will have fibre broadband also. So we can switch to any service as we like. Hope Time will have more offer for existing user.

Does anyone has a picture of how exposed or how the technician glue the Fibre cable inside the condo unit? Is it at the ceiling or on the floor? Pictures will be great to better understand it.

I've scheduled for next week but I'm really concern about the cable being exposed in my unit.
*
Either on the floor or on the ceiling.
You can discuss with the technician to put either one.

Thanks

ONU only LAN 1 Port is the only one has traffic.

The rest from LAN Port 2 - 4 don't have traffic aka line.

Thanks.

Helo. I'm going to relocate house by 31st December 2020. Need to terminate my TIME subscription soon (already finished contract period too).

2 questions:

1) Is there any notification period we need to inform TIME? Like do i need to inform TIME now (november) if i want to terminate it by 31st Dec? Or on mid Dec itself is ok ?
For TIME, will have one month aka 30 days notice upon termination.
You may terminate on this link.

2) their modem/routers need to return back?
For ONU, they will take back. Some cases that you can keep the old router back.

When TIME broadband is installed, it is always set at ipv6 configuration by default?
*
Nope, you can set manually by yourself.

Thanks
